The project began as a simple commission to prepare several living room layout options. As the work progressed, however, additional areas of the house were gradually incorporated into the scope, eventually expanding to encompass the entire building.
Material authenticity was particularly important to the clients, along with a minimalist architectural language complemented by carefully introduced color accents. Functionality was also a key priority, especially in the kitchen area.

The original rhythm of the façade was also reconsidered. In its initial form, it reflected the internal layout of the building, which resulted in a certain visual inconsistency that did not align with the clients’ expectations.
