The goal of the project was to clearly illustrate the operation of one of Labman’s devices — the MultiVial system. The machine precisely weighs, sorts, and labels samples according to a pre-programmed sequence.

The main challenge of this project was visualizing the processes and mechanisms taking place inside the device’s enclosure. Another non-obvious task was representing light beams and laser systems that are normally invisible to the human eye.

This is the second device from Labman’s remarkable product line that we had the pleasure of visualizing and animating.
